We are honoured to again be hosting the ARCHERY SA Lord Mayor’s Teams Trophy Shoot at Oakbank Racecourse on Sunday, 30 March.
The tournament is arguably the most popular face-to-face archery tournament in South Australia.
Shooting commences at 11.00 am.
As the host, we need to:
- set out the field of play on Saturday, 29 March (from 10.00 am) and install lane numbers and flags, shooting line, wait line, and 3m line, organise shelter for the DoS and the Judges, and determine placement of bunting & banner flags.
- set-up the events on the day (from 9.00 am) – including install the timing equipment, ensure targets are issued from the container (set up with target face, target number, flag and backstop)
- cater for lunch from (approx) 12.30 pm for competitors, spectators and volunteers (supply the food, prepare and cook it, accept payments, & serve it!) (and clean-up)
- And, at the end, supervise the packing up.
